REPORTING TIME
Please report all claims to us as soon as possible as there is a 30 day reporting time limit imposed by all insurance companies.
THEFT
Regardless of what is stolen, we will require you to report it to the police and obtain a case number. Should your vehicle be stolen it is critically important that you report it to the police station in the area where the theft occurred. Furthermore please report thefts whilst overseas to the local police station.
MOTOR ACCIDENT
- Stop immediately when involved in an accident.
- Secure a safe enviroment for your passengers and other parties.
- Investigate the extent of:
- Fatalities
- Injuries
- Damage to vehicles
- Damage other than vehicles
- If someone is injured or a death occurs, get the assistance of an ambulance and the police.
- Report the accident to a police station within 24 hours and obtain a case number.
- Make a sketch of the accident scene with specific reference to:
- Vehicle positions
- Road/traffic signs
- Road names
- Position of injured parties and eye witnesses
- Time of accident
- Direction you were traveling in
- Report the accident to us as soon as possible - especially when there is a possibility of a 3rd party claim made against you.

MOTOR GLASS
- Please contact PG Autoglass 0800 03 03 03 with your policy number to replace glass.
- Repairs to glass carries no excess.

We have the facility to replace stolen cellular phones on a same day basis (time permitting). Please contact us the moment you discover your cell phone is missing. |
