Please do not authorize repairs on your vehicle unless it is an emergency situation and it is clear that unless repairs are done it will be detrimental to the insurer.
Don't drive without proper identification, always have your ID with you.
Don't drive away from the scene of the accident without details of the other parties.
Don't allow bystanders to crowd or endanger the area.
Don't remove the vehicle if someone is injured.
Don't move the injured unless they are in danger of further injury.
Do not accept responsibility for the accident, indicate liability or admit fault.
Do not leave valuables or removable car radio's in the car.
Do not leave the accident scene until all parties involved have exchanged the necessary details.
Do not respond to letters from 3rd parties. Acknowledge receipt of them and send the letter to us for review and action.
